Mental Health Counselor

Milieu Specialist

 

Senior Director of Programs

The focus of this program is to successfully transition children back to their regular campus to achieve success. The Counselor is responsible for addressing four domains: individual student planning; system support; responsive services; and school counseling curriculum.

The Center for Resilience seeks experienced milieu (behavior) specialists to serve as front line staff modeling and building healthy relationships with children in the program, preventing and responding to behavioral crises, working to de-escalate challenging behaviors, and maintaining the overall health of the therapeutic milieu.

The Center for Resilience Senior Director of Programs manages the internal programming and functionality of the
organization. In addition, they are responsible for working closely with their team to ensure a high quality program, fidelity of implementation of evidence-based practices, and alignment among all aspects of programming. This is a managerial and coaching role, with directors of the various program components – including the Medical Director, Clinical Directors, Site Directors, and Academic Director – reporting to the Executive Director of Programs.
