The Center for Resilience seeks experienced milieu (behavior) specialists to serve as frontline staff modeling and building healthy relationships with children in the program, preventing and responding to behavioral crises, working to de-escalate challenging behaviors, and maintaining the overall health of the therapeutic milieu.

The Center for Resilience Operations Assistant is a systems thinker responsible for keeping an efficient, effective and organized office environment for the K-12 programs. The Operations Assistant will spearhead initiatives that ensure our facility reflects the care we have for children, ensuring the physical building is neat, well maintained, and safe.

Most likely, this teacher will focus on Biology but other science instruction may be required.
