High School Director
The Center for Resilience High School Director is responsible for designing and launching a high school pilot program as an extension of our current K-8 day programming, to open for the 2019-2020 school year. The High School Director will have a planning year to design the therapeutic day program for high-school age students, secure a facility, and hire a founding staff, with support from the existing Center for Resilience team. The High School Director serves as a principal and site director, managing the instructional and behavioral support teams and collaborating with a Clinical Director, who is responsible for overseeing therapeutic and counseling supports. The High School Director is a member of the leadership team and will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

The Center for Resilience seeks experienced milieu (behavior) specialists to serve as frontline staff modeling and building healthy relationships with children in the program, preventing and responding to behavioral crises, working to de-escalate challenging behaviors, and maintaining the overall health of the therapeutic milieu.
